Which is the right course for me?

DEA Distance Learning

This course is available as a distance learning programme. You will be given access to our unique online learning environment so you can study from anywhere in the world at your own pace. You will be assigned your own personal mentor who will guide you through the entire qualification process.

DEA Upskill Course

Please note, this course is a mandatory requirement for all existing DEAs to "top-up" their existing skills & knowledge to continue practicing past April 2012. This course can be taken online or as a 1 day classroom based course. No portfolio is required but an online multiple choice exam will need to be taken at a venue of your choice.

2 Day DEA Course

This Course is our most popular as it includes 2 days of hands-on classroom based training with an experienced tutor. This course is ideal for anyone who wants to be come a Domestic Energy Assessor, no previous experience necessary.

Distance Learning DEA Upskill 2 Day DEA Course

Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) Training 2 Day From £1,990.00

This 2 day classroom based course will give you the skills required to survey buildings and produce accurate Energy Performance Certificates for domestic dwellings. These EPCs are required to be produced by law when a property is Sold, Let, Built and as part of the governments new Green Deal Scheme. EPCs are also required for Solar PV installations.

There is no exam on this Course however a portfolio of 5 sample properties must be produced by the candidate which can be done remotely after attending the course.
