Commercial Energy Assessor (NDEA) Training Course

The Energy Trust NDEA training allows you to become a Non Domestic Energy Assessor (NDEA) were your role will be varied, as you inspect and measure commercial buildings as a requirement of the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive which was introduced for commercial buildings or industrial premises since October 2008.

To become a Commercial Green Deal Advisor you will need to be a qualified NDEA (see Green Deal Advisor page)

Which is the right course for me?

3 Day Fast Track NDEA Training

This 3 Day Course is for candidates with Occupational Experience only.(c.v. required) i.e. Building Surveyors, Building Services Engineers,Building Managers, Chartered Surveyors, Architects, DEAs,HIs etc.

5 Day NDEA Training

No previous experience required, this course is designed to teach you everything you need to know to complete both you Level 3 and Level 4 Diplomas in Non-Domestic Energy Assessments to enable you to produce Energy Performance Certificates for all types of Commercial buildings.

NDEA Distance Learning

This course is available as a distance learning pack. Simply we send you all the course materials so you can study from home. You will be assigned your own tutor who you can interact with online. Study from home in you own time at your own pace.

Fast Track Course 5 Day Course Distance Learning

Commercial Energy Assessor (NDEA) Training Level 3&4 / 5 Day £3,390.00

DEPOSIT ONLY £254.20

This course will enable you to qualify as a Level 3 and Level 4 Commercial Energy Assessor. It makes sense to qualify to up to Level 4 as this will give you access to all Commercial Buildings requiring EPCs.

This course is designed for new entrants with no previous experience necessary. There is no exam, You will be expected to produce a Portfolio of 3 sample surveys to demonstrate your competence. We will supply you with these buildings during the course.

The Commercial Energy Assessor role is challenging yet satisfying as you will be inspecting many varied buildings and producing Energy Performance Certificates in a professional environment.
