About the Job
To carry out an inspection and provide a written assessment of all buildings with air conditioning systems over 12kW by 4 January 2011. The inspection needs to done by an accredited energy assessor and will include an assessment of efficiency, a review of their sizing and advice on improvements or replacements and alternative solutions.
Inspections are to be in the convention described in TM44, published by CIBSE.
As there are a number of complex systems across the portfolio, it will be necessary for the assessor to be qualified to the Level 4 Diploma.
