Blueprint Recruitment specialist Building Services Division is currently recruiting an experienced Energy Engineer / Energy Consultant / Project Manager for their rapidly expanding client, based in Central London.

As an Energy Engineer / Consultant / Project Manager you will be a qualified Air Conditioning (ACI) / TM44 Inspector or registered Low Carbon Consultant and be looking to further your career within a prestigious multi-disciplined consultancy.

You will posses the following experience, skills and attributes:

Accreditation as Air Conditioning Inspector (ACI) / TM44 or registered Low Carbon Consultant

Ability to develop a client base and associated strong customer relationships

Experience of dilapidation surveys, innovative energy efficient mechanical systems design and contractor installations

Understanding of maintenance regimes and life cycle analysis of plant & equipment

Knowledge of commissioning management

Knowledge and application of current legislation and regulations in relation to Carbon Reduction Management
